Sniper:
Sniper half-asses his façade of professionalism, but when it comes down to it he's the guy who throws jars of piss at people, taunts obnoxiously after shooting someone in the head, and sometimes will outright ignore the objective or helping his team because his duel is more important.
He does his job for enjoyment first and foremost. Nothing beats the satisfaction of a clean headshot.
Bit of a sadist. Wouldn't except it, given that he's know for insta-kills, but any Spy who's been unfortunate enough to end up on the bad end of a Sniper's knife can tell you that.
During matches, he's rather casual, making jokes and having fun. That is unless he's having a particularly frustrating day with a rival or things aren't going his way, in which case he will get super pissed off and take every trip through respawn way too seriously. He's extremely petty.
Enemy Spies tend to have fun pissing off Snipers. This goes both ways. Their rivalry can go from playful murder to straight up rage inducing. Sometimes, it will even happen with Snipers and Spies of the same team colour.
Medic:
Works twice as much as his teammates. After everyone is done with the match, he still has other non combat related work to take care of. He is tasked with all kinds of things: paperwork, medical check-ups, research. Oh, and human experimentation!
He is a sadist. Not uncommon among the mercs, but much more troubling considering Medics are the only ones who will take it outside matches.
Similarly, someone being of the same team colour as him will not stop him.
Will experiment on just about anyone. Even the other versions of himself.
Medics tend to have higher up positions, usually leading groups of other mercs or overseeing management of particular location.
Tends to look down on most of his teammates. He respects the Engineer for being a fellow man of science, and has what can be called a friendship with Heavy.
Not a sentimental man. If he sees you bleeding out on the battle field, he won't bat and eye and will leave you to die if helping you isn't beneficial to his goal.
