Charmander is more salamander-like

Charmeleon is much more chameleon-y

And for Charizard, I referenced a Komodo Dragon (loosely) and I think, all-in-all, it looks pretty nice!

Charmeleon's redesign is my favorite though, those patterns and spattering of blue looks perfect for her, imo!

Animal Crossing Deer Character named Nivine that I made before I ever played AC-- I'd like to do another piece with her, reimagining her a little bit. I'd like to think she'd have the Big Sister personality type.

Doing battle mode polish for today's Bloodborne Kart dev thread! The initial spawning system of 'spawn them all in the center of the arena' only really works in a free for all game type, so I created some more traditional spawn points that the designer can drop down in the map to handle team spawning:

I also made a proper intro for the mode as well. Right now it's just a very simple turnaround cutscene of the center of the arena, but in the future I plan on highlighting objectives and displaying the game type title.
