COVID-19 Pandemic: Heroic Women Homage by Milo Manara *
TIME SENSITIVE CAMPAIGN!!! PLEASE PLEASE DONATE AND SHARE EVERYWHERE TO HELP A FRIEND IN NEED gofund.me/170007d0

“I am a 29-year-old male struggling in my home country of Sri Lanka. I am educated, multi-lingual and always striving to learn and improve. However, I am also diagnosed with a neurological disorder, namely, Bipolar Affective Disorder, for which I am struggling to sustain medication and treatment. Due to these circumstances I found great difficulty in surviving and holding on to a job long term whilst also fighting the adverse effects of my illness. In spite of all odds, I have worked hard and pushed myself beyond my limits for years in order to hide my illness to not be terminated, until I was diagnosed by the company doctor as Bipolar during my last official job and labelled “unfit for work”. Since then I’ve been barely getting by, doing anything and everything just to survive, with no medical support. Working as a delivery driver for restaurants, I suffered from multiple accidents, the last of which was so severe, that I had to cease work as I had gravely hurt my back and legs. It was so critical that I had to have a steel plate and screws implanted into my tibea in order to just be able to stand on my feet again.
Once again I kept persevering regardless of my conditions in order to provide. I have worked as a factory employee, marketing executive, sales executive, business development executive, as well as a research executive. However, the one constant in my life remained to be financial instability, I always had one medical bill after the other to the point where it felt like I was alive just to struggle to pay them off, never moving forwards, instead I was sinking deeper and deeper in these never-ending expenses. After years of jumping from one job to the next I finally decided to stick to my gut and pursue work in a field I’ve always been passionate about: Aqua culture. I started manning an aquarium fish store, it was a very slow paced job that helped keep my mind, body and soul tranquil. Great as it was, ever since Covid-19 we hit a rough spot and the country imports were severely restricted and we aren't able to get anything imported into the country to carry on our day to day business activities. Desperate times turned me destitute. Many stores went out of business and suffered tremendous losses.
Sad to say, I now feel like my livelihood is holding on by a thread. I am barely making ends meet and every day here in Sri Lanka is a constant struggle. All compounded by the fact that I don’t only provide for myself but also for my family.
I'm now seeking funding for migration fees to try to find another life with new possibilities elsewhere. Given my research and the immigration agencies here in Sri Lanka, I have decided to set Canada as my target. It is a country that will appreciate my passion to be a diligent worker and will grant me my rights and medical necessities. It will also provide me with the means to provide for myself and my family in Sri Lanka.
Through this campaign, I am aiming for a total of 45,000 USD. This life changing sum will cover Application fees, Travel tickets, Visa charges, rent, necessary bank balance, and enough money to cover my living expenses as I try to adapt and secure a job. The cost breakdown is given in the below section.
I do strongly believe in charity and paying it forward, therefore to all of you who support me with your charitable donations, I solemnly swear to pay it forward as I reach my goals along the way to support someone else who needs it more than I do as I go forward.

Summer swimming tip for trans guys and Non binary folks!
I almost didnt go swimming or to the beach all summer because of how anxious and uncomfortable just thinking about being in a wet t shirt and sports bra would make me.

But this company saved me. They’re called Outplay and seem to be mainly advertised towards females but not to the point where navigating the website is unbearable. The flatsea compression shirt is the most comfortable binder I’ve ever worn. Its thicker than a bathing suit but doesnt make you overheat and you dont stay wet longer than normal after getting out of the water either.
I got a size small and with high compression and couldnt be more happy with the results. Its comfortable enough to wear all day at the beach and is more comfortable to wear as a regular binder. My weight has also fluctuated while I’ve owned this binder and when my stomach was bigger the material didnt roll at all. It will run you about $65 (shipping included)for a great transitional binder and it seemed worth it to me.
The 5 things you gotta know before you let that cop into your house
THIS STUFF IS SOOO IMPORTANT TO KNOW. Seriously. It’s saved my ass before.
