So in season 6 grian had just gotten off on evo and was just released from the horrors, and at first it was pretty hard to hide his divine almighty watcher form, but he wouldn’t hide it from Mumbo, and so whenever they hung out Grian was this like god and Mumbo was just some guy

Grian mainly only hung around Mumbo in early season six, but it was because of Mumbo he gained the confidence to talk to others, when Mumbo was around, even when they weren’t talking, grian just felt more comfortable and relaxed compared to when he wasn’t there

Grian had made the earliest designs of Grumbot in season six, and fun fact Grumbot in his entirety came from grian wondering what his and Mumbo’s kid would look like and it eventually grew to full on plans for a living ai robot

Grian made his and Mumbo’s messaging system just big enough so that he could fit in it and visit Mumbo whenever he wanted

Mumbo studied tons about birds during season six in order to help Grian, along with some very helpful mental health books

In season six, Mumbo dressed up to see Grian and Grian dressed down, compared to now where they just wear whatever they want around each other

Mumbo made perches in his base so that Grian could rest in his base from time to time

Grian and Mumbo both loved each other but they would not admit it for the life of them so like when hermits caught them like holding hands, cuddling, or even kissing they would just be like, “oh so now I can’t kiss my bro without it being gay??? What kinda world do we live in nowadays”
