So I haven’t been able to sleep all night. I had an asthma attack at around 1:00 AM and I couldn’t stop coughing. I actually coughed up blood and I ended up puking a little. I’ve been having coughing spasms for hours. I haven’t had an Asthma attack in 5 years and this is definitely the worst one I’ve ever had.
