Inside, they were lying on a thin mattress, two defeated bodies suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. They woke up every day to the sound of chronic pain and dreams. That relaxes with every breath.

Kosa has unfortunately passed the Senate on a 91-3 vote. I want this to be clear, It’s not going into effect, it still has to get to the House but I believe there will be a break for the month of August which gives us A WHOLE MONTH!! to call your HOUSE representatives and tell them to vote NO on Kosa. It’s not over yet, it barley JUST passed the Senate now because so many people told their senators and representatives that they didn’t want KOSA. We can do it again, PLEASE do not panic and give up!! I know it’s scary I’m very scared right now myself but if we go silent that’s how it’s going to pass the House and get signed to the president. Let’s try to stop that from happening!!!

Siraj is a husband and a father to three young children, who is trying to protect his family from the violence, illness and starvation in Gaza due to the genocide. His family had been displaced before due to the massacre at nuseirat, and recently he and his family have been in danger once again due to their proximity to the deadly massacres carried out by the IOF a only days ago at the refugee camps at khan younis.

They have had no rest since, because the bombings have not stopped.

Due to this, he struggles to reach out to us, having to walk entire kilometers on foot to get to a place with a good connection. But he still makes sure to do so, nearly everyday, to share daily updates of what he is seeing in Gaza on his blog.

Please dont let his efforts be in vain.

He needs to reach his short term goal of 10k, so that he may relocate to a safer location.
