ZEcret Santa Sign Ups 2023

Welcome to the sign-ups for Zecret Santa 2023!

If you’re new here or need a refresher, here’s how it goes:

This year’s sign up can be found here.  Just fill out the form and you get added to our Santa database!

On November 5, claims will be posted and you’ll be given the opportunity to pick the three you’re most interested in fulfilling.  This will be a first come, first serve basis, and once three (3) Santas have chosen the same prompt, it will be crossed off and cannot be picked again.

On November 15, we’ll send out your assignments.  Choose a prompt from your giftee’s list and create something special for them - fic or art.

Submit your gift by the deadline (December 12!) and we’ll go ahead and post it for you.

Notes about prompts:

Spoilers for all games are allowed and the prompts will be marked appropriately.

Prompts must be clear, safe for work (SFW) and could be fulfilled through either art or fic.

If there’s anyone who you would not want to be paired up with during this gift exchange, please let us know during claims.

Santas! Prompts are now ready to be claimed!

Use this form to make your claim! Remember, you have from today (Nov. 5) until Saturday (Nov. 11) to fill this form!

Use this sheet (spoiler warning) to find your desired prompts! (However, if you have not played all three Zero Escape games use the tabs at the bottom of this sheet instead to find your prompts. And remember to go play the rest of the games for next year!)

Prompts work on a first-come first-serve basis! If a prompter is marked with a strikethrough they have gathered too much interest and had to be removed from the claims form. But don’t get discouraged! Instead, look forward the amazing piece that Santa will create! (And, you know, if you have the time, nobody’s gonna say no to bonus presents…)

Finally, please use this form to confirm that you are signing up to be a pinch hitter.

(Nobody wants to get left behind and not get a present—if you have the time, could you help fill any empty spaces that might be left later on?)
