briar is a self insert mc with a few things made different! she is an afab woman and goes by she/her. in her mid-late twenties.

!! 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐀𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

briar often utilizes the magic taught to her by solomon and the brothers but she finds that they often hinder her and limit the spells she’s ‘allowed’ to use. she’s taken it upon herself to learn the magic she wants to learn, not just what she’s ‘allowed’. and from her studies she’s unlocked magic that’s given her psionic abilities that are hard for her to control and can sometimes become all consuming. her new abilities are just a hitch in the road for her, though, because she’s determined to hone them enough to take on the likes of michael himself.

briar is a highly independent person, though she often annoys the brothers with how stubbornly independent she can be. she’s sarcastic, sharp-tongued, and unapologetic. she doesn’t like being told what she can and can’t do (see: powers and abilities section) and this can sometimes end with her in trouble — this can range from a lecture from lucifer to almost killing herself with her new psionic powers. briar has an interest in knitting (she loves to make clothes and matching plushies for the brothers), reading, cats (briar and satan bonding time, yay!), and she loves to play piano and sing.

!! 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃

briar doesn’t come from wealth or prosperity or anything good, really. she hails from a small town in the human world that she’s tried to get away from her for a long time after a ‘certain event.’ the exchange program was her one opportunity to make an escape and she didn’t hesitate to sign up. though, briar is only an exchange student for the simple fact that what she’s running from can’t follow her to the devildom.

!! 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄

briar has brown curly hair and a white money piece. her eyes are two different colors (left: green, right: blue). she was not born with her heterochromatic eyes having acquired them after a head injury, also resulting in multiple scars. (not pictured: scar on left cheek bone, left eyebrow, right side of mouth, right side of nose bridge, and right side of face on jaw). briar also has a smattering of freckles across her nose bridge and cheekbones with some sprinkled up towards her forehead. a beauty mark is next to her lips. she also has a baby face that the brothers relentlessly tease her about. briar is 5’7 and weighs 130 pounds. she has a pear body shape with an athletic build. her upper body is small and narrow with a small bust. her lower body is wider with a wide hips, thick thighs and bum.

!! 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐄

briar normally wears dark neutral colored shirts and pants (mostly black), adding a pop of color with her coats or a scarf. it’s rare you see briar showing skin as she always wears long sleeve turtlenecks, pants, and high socks. the most skin you see of her is the neck up and her hands. she loves gold jewelry and you’ll be hard pressed to find her without her many gold rings. she also frequently wears gold chokers and chains and gold huggies on her ears.

!! 𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐒

briar’s pact marks appear like scars or a branding. lucifer’s pact is on the center of her chest; mammon is on her right shoulder and levi on the left; satan is just beneath the bend of her elbow on her right arm with asmo the same on her left; beel is on the palm of her right hand with belphie on the left. the pact marks have scar-like lines between them keeping them all connected. when in use, the pacts marks will glow the respective brothers’ color, but when more than one pact is in use they will glow white.

!! 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏𝐒

lucifer and briar have a lot of commonalities in their hobbies and interests. they bond over their shared love of classical music and art. lucifer thinks highly of briar and admires her tenacity but often finds himself annoyed by her. she may irk him but he trusts her deeply and enjoys watching her reign in his brothers. this is invaluable to him.

mammon is briar’s first and he’ll make sure you and everybody else knows it. these two are close, one rarely being found without the other. briar is mammon’s favorite person.

leviathan and briar get along well. they’re true friends after all ! briar is often staying over in levi’s room for all night gaming binges.

satan and briar get along in the same respect that her and lucifer do. briar and satan both share a love of reading and cats and can often be found together at a cat cafe or a library giggling between themselves. satan feels understood with briar and rarely feels his wrath pique. these two share a certain connection not found with his other brothers.

asmodeus and briar are bffs and have a nightly ritual of sheet masks before bed that they never miss. before asmo, briar had never felt so beautiful. they both go out of their way to tell each other how beautiful they are. they’re often found out and about together. since meeting briar, she’s almost appeared as many times on asmo’s devilgram as he has.

beelzebub loves snacking with briar and she loves the extensive snack hauls he’s constantly bringing to her room. these two are close, often confiding in each other things they don’t share with anyone else. beel and briar trust and love each other deeply.

belphegor is a complicated situation for briar. after a certain incident, an insistent crease in their relationship has formed. belphie tries hard and often to mend things but is always shut down and things remain awkward. briar understands belphie’s reasoning, but she can’t forgive him even though the brothers (lucifer) often pressure her to.

!! 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄

my mc is meant to be like me but better! if that makes sense. i made her as a way to see the qualities i want to have come to life and also as a way to see the things i hate about myself as endearing and lovable qualities. i came up with briar as a type of coping mechanism, without going too much into detail. she is missing a few things in her appearance to make her fully ‘briar’ as i see her (see the appearance section), but when i find somebody to commission i’ll update the pictures so it’ll be more accurate.

When you’re finally able to pry his stubborn ass away from the situation, you both get home and curl up on his couch and watch a movie. He kisses the top of your head as you rest on his chest, drifting to sleep. “Mine,” he whispered as he tightens his arms around you.

would probably become pretty dejected at first, really eyeing your ex up and down, thinking about how they must have tons of better qualities than him. But then he think about their hands roaming your skin, them kissing your body all over, holding you… Now Levi is mad. Infuriated, even. So infuriated he’s in his demon form in seconds, eyes dark with rage, his tail wrapped tightly around your waist, keeping you hidden behind him. It takes a lot to calm him down and to keep him from summoning Lotan to drown your soon-to- be very sorry ex. When the two of you get home he’s quick to pull you into his room and snuggle up to you in his tub, shyly nuzzling into your neck as he mumbles a quiet sorry for losing his cool. Give this poor baby some love, rub his head, tell him how precious he is.
