a very very short story 2 :]

I rushed into the washroom, pressing my skin to ease a bitter sting, feeling as though i had been soaking in chlorinated water for hours. Like a sponge it oozed a thick green gel, burning may fingertips where it made contact. exasperated, i clung to the cold porcalain of the sink, it shocked my skin with an icey bolt, my skin was boiling. i then looked to the mirror, then i saw them, tiny faces gasping for air, pushing themselves out from my pores. i whined in pain, and apprehensively went to touch one, brimming with morbid curiosity. they were plasticky and sticky, as though made of scourging hot rubber. it was then that the little monster bit the tip of my finger. its face was smooth, like a cartoon character, eyes vacant and flat looking, scaleras appearing more similar to translucent skin, with beedy little eyes for pupils.

The stinging of my skin suddenly became sharper, i hunched over the sink. seeing how the green gel had accumulated and pooled in the sink, dripping in waxy strings from my hands and arms. i struggled to look back up at my reflection, and jumped back seeing how engourged and bloated the faces had become. Dear god there was nothing left of me, they stretched outwards, my skin close to tearing. Again, though all other logical parts of my mind knew not to, still, i went to touch them again.

moral of the story:

don't pick your nose if you have a cold :]
