MK Dad AU - A Brilliant Shade

here comes another wild headcanon for the MK Dad AU Macaque has a good relationship with the children, even though he sometimes has some inconveniences when playing with them. For example... glitter. Macaque learned that you shouldn't let the kids get in his shadow if he wanted to prevent them from keeping glitter there. Because of noticing it every time he uses the shadows to teleport he transforms into the glitter monkey. Or sometimes when he moves his cape releases frost everywhere. It wouldn't be so bad if the color wasn't pink. Macaque can't trust Baobao because of that.

Hello, it's late and I have deep thoughts about this now, so I'll write these thoughts before I get any sleep...

I said that MK met someone when he decided to change, get over the disappearance of the Monkey King and move on with his life. I still don't define how they met. But maybe she was a fascinating person and MK was very much in love... if only that. Maybe this person was cool, but not so good. And everyone else had a weird vibe to her like they foreshadowed that she wasn't going to stay with MK. I try not to think about her too much because this AU is not about her But it's fun to think about what that relationship was like.

Here some MK interactions with his children or their “little monkeys” XP

I wanted to show a little how its dynamics were. Although I would like to write it to show its interaction in more detail, I chose to draw it until I put my ideas in order.

It took me forever to finish this due to the work I have to do every week, so you will excuse me for varying so much between the first and the last drawing. The Lego style escapes me.

The MK dad au is so cute!! I love it! I got a question, tho! Would Tang be the cool, "smart" grandparent? Tells the kids stories with animated vigor about MK's younger years and his adventures and such? And what's Red Son's role here?

Tang is regarded as a bald cool grandpa type. In this AU he wears a wig after starting to lose his hair because…well he's old!! =D

But yes, when the older ones were younger, he told about the extraordinary adventures that MK lived in his youth and maybe he glorified himself a bit in some of those stories XP

Red Son plays the role of an uncle and sometimes the babysitter. For some reason, he is the least busy character in this AU apart from Mei, so he is the one who usually has to put up with the kids by running around their house, having his things stolen, and sometimes, just sometimes, suffering one or another scare because some foolishly put themselves in danger.
