Sea puppy au

Au where Luffy is taken to be raised in the marine headquarters after Sabo's death because Garp believes is no longer safe to have the rest of his grandkids together in one place

He learns early on about who his dad is and becomes lowkey angry and resentful because he didn't come for him(he does NOT want to be a marine but his grandpa told him he could help Ace that way) and also because PROPAGANDA✨🫡
