Hiyya! I'm glad you liked it :D I'm currently working on some drawings showing the stages of the infection. I would like to do more with it but at the moment its more of something to work on between school work and my other comic :D

But it’s an actual thing in the universe, and he did not lie about what the cure for it would be, which is a rare flower. It’s said to be highly contagious as well so there’s that.

Collective Amnesia: not as scary as most things but imagine having something that can make you forget everything about yourself. Forgetfulness can be dangerous. Contagious Forgetfulness is even worse.

Cutie Pox: Random cutie marks appeared all over the ponies' bodies, causing them to perform all the talents that came with them. That’s all well and good but the toll it would take on the body could be interesting

Hoof-and-mouth disease: there’s no explanation for this but it’s one that exists

Horsentry: whatever it is it does this to you

Changeling infection which causes mind control like symptoms

Lead poisoning is a thing in my little pony

tatzl-flu: something about being swallowed by a giant worm and being highly contagious

Swamp Fever that literally turns you into trees. In real life it’s a severe type of anemia that horses get.
