Okay So A Ceasefire Will Happen Soon, Inshallah, But I Just Know The Second It Does, Most Of Y'all Will
okay so a ceasefire will happen soon, inshallah, but i just know the second it does, most of y'all will pack it up and go home. the world has proven time and time again that the second the violence "stops", then everyone forgets about us and then we just go back to suffering under the israeli occupation. you guys need to promise us, promise every single palestinian child in the world right now, that you will not stop fighting. that you will continue boycotting, you will continue protesting, you will continue disrupting the world until palestine is free. and then we'll do it again. and again and again and again and again. for sudan, for the congo, for everyone who is suffering right now.
you guys cant keep leaving us and forgetting about us once you've done "your part". it always happens, and we always go back to suffering. you need to stand with us until palestine is completely free. until we have our land back, until we can rebuild our homes, until we can drink clean water and breathe clean air, until our children grow up never having to face a horror like the nakba ever again. you need to stay fighting until we are all free forever.

Whatever gives you comfort, do more of that. Lean into comfort every day. Pack comfort items to bring to school/work such as a cool drink or stim toys, whatever you like. Be about it openly and don't be ashamed. If you need comfort items for stressful situations, don't hide them. In openly doing what feels comforting to you you are 1) telling yourself that you're worth it and 2) you're showing others that it's ok to use comfort items in public. Do you even know how cool that is?
I've gotta say that there is no better achievement as a neurodivergent person than hyperfixating on a character for so long that you are known as "the 'insert character name here' person"
Diagrams are helpful to me
Are there resources on the intersection of autism and adhd? Because I'm reading the official German diagnosing questionaire right now and half of it is bullseye, half of it is the opposite of me, but very autism. I know a bunch of people have both and I have all of these quirks that are not autism, but very adhd, so I guess I have both also.
I decided to talk with my psychiatrist about a possible diagnosis next appointment, but she's not an expert. Is there something I can bring with me?
