Exactly. however ! If your doctor or dermatologist recommend you using a specific type of skincare, look at it. Look at real studies, especielly if it's not pharmaceutical. Some acne can be litterally ainful, it's usually "cystic" acne. These can be helped vie TREATMENTS. Not some bougee for hundreds dollars. Medical treatments. I still have acnee to this day, but with the correct medicine, it is better. It doesn't hurt as much, and i have creams to use when things get rough. IT IS MEDICAL, not something from a makeup or shit. Anyway. Stay safe, yall. Don't destroy your skin just because people make you thik it's your fault. And if youa re concerned, or the acne hurts, talk to your doctor. They can help.

literally no dermatologist on earth says acne is caused by bad hygeine/lack of a skincare routine btw. its genetic. every single piece of research ever done on acne says its genetic. feel like i need to restate this every time i see a post about skincare
