A core memory is playing ninjago with my friebds in the school yard and fighting for my life to convince them that Nya and Kai were siblings and not dating. They straight up wouldn’t believe me I was shattered. Thats my villain origin story.

I ask arbitrary questions in my head about statements. Today’s is about “The Man Upstairs”. Toby Carlisle, what devotion you had to have. Three somewhat whole years of hammering for such thick layers of rotting meat to be on virtually every wall of that apartment, and no one really noticed (till Christof). I wonder what was exactly the time of the mans death, how much nailing it took before his knuckles gave out, his human body decaying. It even went through the floorboards, thats how much meat there was, it leaked into another person’s apartment ceiling. Every goddamn surface was covered for christ sake. How many layers and layers of meat were nailed into those walls, counters, floors, any feasible place that a nail could stick into, how many pieces of meat did it take exactly to cover the whole apartment. So many layers of rotting animal flesh and let’s face it, probably human somewhere in there, how long did it take for him to start decaying, for those lesions to transfer to his own body. For him to be so out of commission he couldn’t even move his hands anymore. Toby Carlisle, your efforts did not go unnoticed.
