Houseki no Kuni Sunday

So with how overwhelmed I've been on creative projects, a friend recommended for me to compartmentalize each of the stuff I'm invested in into days, so I don't get overwhelmed. With my busier schedule, I'm excited for this method of getting my hobbies done. Not worrying about the others for a bit, shutting off, and just consuming or creating for each series on each days. And if I can't get something done one day, I won't beat myself up over it, and just move to the next thing for that day. Tomorrow is Science Club monday (I swear it's not a dead project🫠) And Sunday will be reserved for watching whatever show I want.

Today was Houseki no Kuni Sunday

It hasn't even been 4 episodes and I've already made an OC, lol

I was immediately taken in by the art style for the series, and felt compelled to try my hand at a character. Say hello to Prehnite.

All in all this is a really gud show

I give this first viewing a 9/10 for getting me hooked so soon, and I can't wait for more. I'll wait til I'm done to give full opinions.

My favorite part of Houseki no Kuni was when Phos said "Stand back guys, I'm gonna Houseki!" and then No Kuni'd all the Lunarians.

Tbf I've only watched about half of OUAW, a handful of Stardust Rhapsody, and the Witchlight christmas specials, so a relatively small portion of Legends of Avantris, but Andy playing arguably THE smartest and most reasonable character of the bunch in Uprooted is so funny

i thought the ouaw crew would be my favorite band of murder hobos, but it turns out we’re all about ‘happy tree friends’ type violence over here
