I do love typography and design So I did these examples of work. I was trying to use my laser cut designs that I did in illustrator and color it digitally.

 I also tried to design something with text as an experiment, I first tried to make a design in my sketchbook but in illustrator I changed it as shown in the pictures. 

This is the level of the ideas for the final design for both Over & Under words.

Contextual Research

For the Animation brief, we were asked to research different styles that related to the story that we wrote for our project & as I choose the idea of ballerina dancing in TV, I did this research of different styles like drawings and photography. 

First 2 pictures on left are ones of the famous paintings of the artist Edgar Degas & the ones of right are for  dancer Misty Copeland recreating his paintings in real life.

The last picture is “ Surrounded By Music”  by Leonid Afremov which I can see the colorful style on it with the use of oil paint and the use of palette knife. He is  is a Russian–Israeli modern impressionistic.

Second brief is about typography. We had to do designs for both words over & under. We also had to do a research of different styles of typography & also 3 fonts for each word.

Those are my final designs. The one in left I did it in Adobe illustrator & the ones on right are pictures I took & edited them. I also added collage.
