I just gotta say I adore this scene so much! It's so cute and heart-warming. However, when you think of the last episode, it's rather heart-breaking. "I want to stay with you forever...". Then do! Why did he have to leave?

As for the dub, guess what. It's changed. Yugi is telling Yami he feels like a total loser! He says that he nearly lost Yami and the Puzzle forever! He can't face the enemy! Yami replied that in all his years, he's never encountered a soul as brave as Yugi's. There's a reason fate gave Yugi the Puzzle. After that, Yugi thinks their enemy must have a Millennium Item, and Atem agrees. Yugi wonders how they stop him, and Yami reassures him that as long as they stay connected, they'll fight together. "What if I fail again?" Yugi pleads. "How do I know I won't lose you?" "I believe in you," the spirit says.

Yugi and Yami's dialog has been completely rewritten throughout this ep, and an important plotline totally tossed aside.

Do.... do you all know what this means? To put it literally, if Yugi’s name means Game, and Atem’s (aka Yami which means Darkness) name means Completion/Finished, that means that the combination of these names Yugi Atem makes the word Game Completed.... or End Game.......

Mother of all that is good and holy, I am totally appalled! How dare Kazuki Takahashi make such a wonderful pair and not have them end up together,,,, especially since they are End Game!!!!!!! Rude, Kazuki Takahashi I hope you are happy because now I know one of my favorite ships is litterally End Game and you can’t convince me otherwise now!!!
