Is anyone else having this problem or am I just stupid?

For some reason, Tumblr is unfollowing tags I follow without my knowledge or permission. Seriously, this is like the 9th time I've gone onto the Radioapple tag or the cottagecore tag etc. to see I'm not following it anymore. Each time I refollow certain tags, I'll come back to them later to find I'm just not following them anymore? Am I doing something wrong? Is anyone else having this problem. Help!
