Initially I went ahead and followed back every account that followed me, like I did on Twitter, however I'm starting to realize that doing so just turned using Tumblr into the same experience as using Bluesky, where I do actually enjoy posting on there more than on Twitter, but nothing I see on my timeline interests me, so I lose interest in using it and just move back to Twitter.
So basically, I think I'm gonna have to unfollow a few people. Of course I still do appreciate everyone who follows me, but seeing the majority of posts on my tl being about media I have no knowledge or interest in is just really boring.
