“Can we get some help, please?” Keigo called out after pushing through the doors of the omega urgent care clinic. Dabi was leaning into him heavily, a hand clutching his abdomen and little whimpers of pain escaping his lips.

“What’s the problem?” a nurse asked from behind the reception desk. She didn’t seem too bothered to see a wanted criminal stumbling into the clinic, but since Dabi was a revolutionary fighting for omega rights, an omega care nurse probably didn’t have much of a problem with him.

“He suddenly started feeling pain in his stomach and he bled a little between his legs,” Keigo rapidly explained. She helped settle Dabi in a wheelchair then pushed him down a hall.

“Alright, we’ll get you some help, sir. I’d ask your name, but the wanted bulletins all over TV already told me,” she jested lightly. So she definitely knew who Dabi was and was helping anyway. That was a relief.

“I don’t need help! I just want the pain to stop!” Dabi complained. He tried to bend himself in half, hoping that might alleviate the pain, but straightened again when the nurse demanded he do so.

He was settled into an examination room and Keigo was thankfully allowed to stay and hold his hand while the nurse examined him. Over time, the pain faded on its own and he didn’t bleed any further, but Keigo wouldn’t relax until he knew what was happening to his omega.
