Musa (alayhissalam) used to often say in his Du'a:

اللَّهُمَّ لَيْنَ قَلْبِي بِالتَّوْبَةِ ، وَلَا تَجْعَلْ قَلْبِي قَاسِيًا كَالْحَجَرِ

Oh Allah, soften my heart with tawbah (repentance), and do not make my heart hard as a rock.
