its all in your head. if u believe ur a certain way because you tell yourself or someone else has told you, you're more likely to act accordingly. so just tell yourself you are extroverted. easy going and fun. whatever it is, you can be whatever way you want if you believe it. start seeing yourself as a character from a movie or a cartoon and make up whatever personality you want
