they start off as they are normally in my au. spiteful, angry, traumatized as fuck & all that but then. they get their justice. their vision comes true, they kill illumina, & everyone finally fucking opens their eyes & realizes "oh shit they were right"

but. instead of progressing how they do after killing her & all that- everything goes south. they see how everyone is just now respecting them, how everyone is just now apologizing & they just go batshit. they scream at firebrand when he tries to apologize & try hurting him, & the other swords are trying to hold them back & understand whats going on then they just. run away

they disappear for literal months. what were they doing? spiraling- they just fucking snapped. even more insane. they decide they don't wanna be a sword anymore, they dont want anything to do with their so called 'siblings'- & they cant even reason anymore. they're even angry at venomshank, who was always there for them. they're completely off the hinges

they never got rid of their gear, they still have it- but they just never use it. so they decide they want a new identity. so they take some newly spawned demon's gear, & rebrand themselves as witches brew. they make themselves a whole new outfit & everything, new hairstyle, the only thing thats the same is their perma-shadow & their hat (their horns are the same but shh that doesn't count)

they essentially take over crossroads, turning it into their own domain, an apocalyptic hellhole full of chaos. the other swords see what they've done, & now they're trying to stop them. but alas, witches brew still hides away

im seriously considering making a design for them now. holy shit i cooked @clovergeneral look at this shit
