"What's wrong, Omi?" you ask your boyfriend as he lay down beside you on your shared bed and sulked.

Sakusa Kiyoomi was many things. He was insanely talented, dedicated, disciplined, which made him one of the best volleyball players of his time. Your Omi was many things too. Little did people know, he was a little clingy and cuddly, funny and sarcastic in a way that so him. He could also be, quite literally, a big and pouty baby. But he was your pouty baby and you always tried your best to know the reason behind his handsome and pouty face.

"teammates." he grumbled, turning to face you. you almost cooed at how cute he looked. while most people found him intimidating, you always thought the way his curls fell onto his face, the way his lower lip jut out just a bit was the cutest thing in the world.

"Bokuto and Miya?" you asked. Your suspicions were confirmed when you heard a quiet 'hmph' escape his lips. He never would admit it, but Sakusa was rather fond of his teammates. However, there were days like today when they got on his nerves just a bit.

"Aw, c'mere Omi. Sit up." you move to sit on his lap, knowing exactly what he needed. Once you two were comfortable, you instinctively wrapped your arms around his neck.

"it's okay, baby. You're home now." You whisper before pulling away. Moving your hands to cradle his face, you place light kisses strategically on his skin. First on his lips, then on the corners of his mouth. You slowly worked your way up his face, from his cheeks, to his nose, to his temples, until you reached his forehead.

You looked into his eyes. Though they were dark and and unnerving to some, his obsidian irises always held a light that only shone with you. Gently brushing his cheekbones with your thumb, you lean towards his forehead and place a lingering kiss on his forehead - specifically on his moles.

"You always know how to make me feel better." he mumbled, leaning into your touch.

"Your moles are like your reset buttons, Omi." you're surprised he didn't notice how you always kissed his forehead last, especially when he was having a rough day. "I just kiss them and it's like your grumpy mood does a reset, and you're okay again."

He simply sighs as he nuzzles deeper into your touch. The warmth in his heart was too overwhelming for words. You always knew how to make him feel good, feel understood. You make him feel loved.

He wraps his arms tightly around your waist, no intention of letting you go soon. You were right. The kisses on his moles were his reset buttons, and he almost could forget what put him in such a bad mood in the first place.

With his arms wrapped around you, and the comfort you bring flowing through his veins, you were right about another thing.

to many's surprise, THE kentaro "mad dog" kyotani was often okay with acts of affection in public, always holding your hand, or perhaps a strong arm around your waist or shoulder, pressing light kisses into your temple. he just enjoys it so much!

it was one of his ways of showing he loves you, as well as showing other's that you are clearly his. but it also showed his teammates how soft he was, which made his annoying captain point it out.

but for the most part, he paid no mind to it, grumbling out a "you're just jealous i can keep a girl," with a cute lil smirk on his face as he looks over at you to press another light kiss into your hair.

whenever you come to his games, whether it's a practice match or not, he always searches for you in the stands. and every time he spots you, without fail, he'll send you a smirk and wink at you. call it his way of being thankful that you're there for him.

cuddles with him? oh my god. he's big spoon, all the way. loves holding you close, fingers tangled in your hair as you're pressed up against him. his strong arms around you feel like heaven, for the both of you. to him, you're his safe place.

so you waited until he was nearing the end of his nap to try out the prank

you curl up next to your boyfriend, cuddling into his side

“hey Issei” you whisper, causing him to stir and wake up

“hmm?” he asks

“I think I know why my boobs are so small” you tell him

“mmm and why is that” Matsukawa asks, but the moment you gasp at him, he processes what you said and sits up

“ISSEI YOU THINK MY BOOBS ARE TOO SMALL?!” you screech-although you can’t help but laugh upon seeing his unamused expression on his face

your boyfriend thumps your forehead before he wraps you up in his arms and pulls you back down onto the couch

“ah that was really clever of you babe. you really got me there” he chuckles, drifting back into his nap
