This again because it genuinely upsets me (about myself more than anything).

I’m starting to think some people are right about me. They called me a doormat - can you believe it ? (personally no).

I’m incapable of making blank statements of others being “luckier” because I can see the alternative (because I think too much they said).

Anything I see or hear, I will self-reflect. With some stuff, my reaction is feeling a bit confused or upset (disagreeing), but then I reprimand myself and think I’m terrible for disagreeing. But ??? ... it’s not me ... it’s everyone else. No one else is thinking. No one else is actually listening. No one is even thinking when they talk about their own issues - they are merely making blank statements of hating someone or some sub-group for pity.
