Yes, it’s more than ok to use it and any Pokémon as an analogy ! I highly encourage it, in fact. I’ve talked to someone who compares their autism to a Psyduck — it’s really interesting ! So yes, please share your experiences and analogies with the world. We could all use the extra awareness ( not to mention the cool Pokémon art ! ). I think it’s really important to shed a bit of light in whatever ways are possible, so it’d be a bit mean if I were to gatekeep this concept. And yes, my Plusle and Minun can be different to yours, so you’re totally free to use them for your analogy as well !
