Still unpacking. Feels like forever unpacking. Himself and I were left on our own last night. I let him explore the deck area this morning. He was happily looking around, nibbling grass. Then he saw the pool, which sort of freaked him out. He slinked back in the house and hasn't gone out again today. Well, it's up to him.

I've had this little Amish shelf tucked away in a box for a few years. While unpacking it today, an idea struck me. Maybe dress the little shelf up a bit. So I made a tiny quilt to give it life.

We had a Dark Shadows Halloween party today.
