Is Simon Blackquill rich?? Like, they wrongfully kept him on death row for 7 freakin years, then it was revealed that due to negligence in the investigation, he was wrongfully convicted. Did the courts just shrug and go “Sorry, I guess?” and the ordeal was solved??

I don’t think so

In this situation he could and probably would sue them for a bunch of money, so he’s probably loaded as heck, right?? Idk, just a thought. It’s just funny to headcanon him as super duper rich.

Holy guacamole! I was just watching that first episode of season 3 of the Owl House when guys! You know when in Separate Tides, when Hunter shows up and says, “Hello criminals. What’s about to happen should be relatively painless, if you just do what I say.”?? Yeah, he’s says something almost exactly like that in season three! When him and Luz bust open the door to the little shack to get Belos, he says, “Alright Belos. What’s about to happen should be relatively painless, if you just do what we say.”!!

I just realized that and thought to was an interesting little callback or whatever, though people probably already heard that and figured to out lol
