(I watched Jimmy's, since he was there from beginning to end and his is really funny AND not super lorey but just enough lorey)

Joey actually doesn't actively live in either camps and spends most of his days sailing the seas. Most of the time, people would just find him floating about at the Sea of Monsters without a care. Sometimes, he would annoy Circe enough to not be turned into a guinea pig and just 'lives' on her island.
