saisy ; hello anon! i'm sorry for the long wait. i loved this idea more than you can imagine and decided to not just write a small blurb. as for the getting tired of writing namjoon part, i'm not. i really enjoy writing about him! thank you for loving my work it means a lot to me 🫶 thank you for requesting i enjoyed writing this!

"You're getting married to him whether you like it or not." Your dad said with such seriousness you thought you were in some kind of trouble. The boy on the other side of the table looked reluctant to talk.

You mentally cursed him at stood up from your chair. "I'm not getting married to him. I'd rather eat crickets than marry him."

Your mother looked at you with a stern look before looking at his mother. "I'm sorry for her behavior."

A scoff left your lips along with a roll of your eyes. Walking out of the dining room, you made your way to your bedroom. Tears were on the verge of falling but they didn't fall.

You were too strong to cry. You would not marry him, even if you had to.

Arms wrapped around each other with a fake smile. That's what everybody saw. You tried your hardest to keep the smile on your face but you couldn't. You were marrying against your will, there was nothing to be happy about.

People's cheers were rising as you neared the front. Namjoon, your soon to be husband was smiling? You began to decide that he wanted this marriage. I mean look at him smiling.

When you got to the top you grabbed his hands. They were cold and rough. You didn't like holding them one bit. After saying your vows he lifted your vail to press his lips on yours.

You closed your eyes tightly and hoped he wouldn't go too far. He started leaning in but just at that moment, he put his thumb on your lips and kissed on top of it.

When he pulled back he gave a small smile and turned to the crowd. He wrapped his arm around yours and started walking through everyone. Whistles and cheers were making you more annoyed than ever.

You parents were at the end of the hall. They had smiles plastered on their faces looking evil as ever. You glared at them as you passed them. You were definitely gonna divorce him as soon as you could.

"We want grandbabies." You mom said while pouring some tea in the tea cups in front of you.

A laugh filled with terror escaped your mouth. There was no way you were gonna give her what she wanted. It gave you chills just thinking about it.

"Sorry mom but we're not going to." Your mother glared at you. "Please Joonie, for me and my husband. We're already growing old and we want to see them before we pass."

Namjoon smiled lovingly and nodded. You scoffed. He was so weak and gullible.

After the 'tea party' you begged Namjoon to drive you home. You couldn't spend one more minute in that house.

After a little while in the car a hand snuck around and was gently placed on your thigh. You tensed and began to panic.

"If you don't want to have kids that's fine with me. I don't want you to be uncomfortable with me."

Only, you were uncomfortable. You gently pushed his hand away from your thigh and scooted to the other side of the car.

"I'm sorry but I don't understand how they expect me to have kids with you when I don't even love you. It's complete nonsense if you ask me."

Namjoon sighed. Something about him seemed gloomy. You didn't like it one bit.

"Mommy can we play please?" Your 4 year old sat in front of you pouting. "Jian-ah I'm busy, go ask your father." Jian pouted even more and jumped into your arms.

"I already did." You brushed his hair from his face and placed a peck on his forehead.

"I'll play with you in a bit, okay? Give me... 20 minutes." Jian smiled and ran out of your office. You smiled and put your head down.

After 20 minutes you walked to the living room. You heard laughing and cheering from your son and...

Leaning against the wall you watched as your husband and son were playing with building blocks. Jian was pushing Namjoon's blocks down which was causing him to laugh.

You watched them with a smile and sighed a sigh of happiness. They looked like they were having so much fun. You chuckled, catching Namjoon's attention.

He smiled at you and signaled you to come play. You shook your head but then Jian turned around. His smile was very bright, making you smile along with him.

"Mommy come play!" You laughed and jokingly rolled your eyes. You sat next to Jian and continued to play with him and Namjoon.

Later it was time for dinner. You made some fried chicken. It was Jians favorite thing to eat. He said you were a perfect cook and wanted to be like you when he grows up.

You set everything down on the table and called the boys to come eat. They ate like they hadn’t eaten in days. You were surprised when Jian asked for another piece.

"Jian-ah that's a lot, can you finish?" He just nodded and took the piece. You looked at Namjoon but he just shrugged, mouthing out a 'let him'.

To your surprise Jian finished all his chicken and even wanted dessert. You almost choked on your food but still got him some dessert.

You sighed. Your baby was growing up so fast, it was making you feel a little sad. You couldn't even imagine him moving out and falling in love. It made your heart swell.

"Mommy hurry!" You threw your thoughts away and walked to the dining room with his ice cream. He finished it in a couple of minutes surprising both you and Namjoon.

"Alright baby, it's time for bed." Jian pouted. He never wanted to go to bed. Bed to him was something horrible.

"I don't want to." Namjoon snuck behind him and picked him up. Jian shrieked. You began to laugh as Jian started to pout even more.

"That's not funny mommy."

Namjoon took him to his room after you kissed him good night. After a couple minutes Namjoon came back and started to clear the table.

"Thank you for dinner, it was really good." You smiled while getting up to help Namjoon. "No, I got it, go get ready for bed." You nodded and decided to give him a peck.

You just pecked his cheek but it did something to Namjoon. Once you were in your bedroom Namjoon almost passed out. His heart was beating quickly and he was breathing quickly too.

He silently yelled a yes in the air and walked to the kitchen.

Once he was done he walked into your shared bedroom. You were already laying down but you were still awake. Namjoon changed into some pj's and joined you in bed.

You turned around to face him and stared for a little bit. He was so handsome, you were wondering how you never noticed.

"What's wrong?" You shook your head, turning away immediately.

"Well, good night I'll see you in the morning." You nodded hoping he would see you.

You felt a heavy weight on your waist causing you to stiffen. That's when you felt a body right behind yours and a chin on your shoulder. Your mind started to get blurry.

You turned around slowly but was met nose to nose with your one and only husband. He was still asleep so you doubted he knew what he was doing.

Your heart was doing flips. Your stomach started to flutter and your breathing became unstable. You knew that was something every couple does but you and Namjoon weren't every couple.

You both went your separate ways, only coming together for your son. You both didn't talk as much unless your son talked first. In a way, you were grateful for Jian.

Maybe you only had him for your parents but he was your most prized possession. Nothing and no one could take him away from you.

You heard a groan and then the arm that was draped over you quickly removed itself. You turned around meeting Namjoon's eyes. His eyes were wide and he was panicking.

"I-i'm sorry." You smiled and scooted closer to him. You wrapped your arms around his waist and placed your head on his chest.

"Can we stay like this for a bit?" Namjoon hesitated for a while but then wrapped his arm around you, securing you.

"Namjoon?" You looked up at his face. He looked so innocent and pure. You wondered how both of you got controlling parents. Always controlling what you did or what you didn't do.

"Can I tell you something?" Namjoon nodded.

"When I was little I used to want to fall in love with someone. I thought my parents had the most beautiful love in the world. When I was little they acted so kindly towards each other but as soon as I got older, it all stopped. They only cared about their jobs and finding someone to pair me with. I didn't want to marry you because I didn't love you. My dream was to marry someone whom I loved. It was hard for me to go through everything with a stranger that I was supposed to love. But, as time went on I started seeing the good side of you. You were so nice and loving towards me. Soon I realized that I did love you, I had just locked the door to my heart. When Jian came along he unlocked the door and let both of you in. I guess I should say I love you. Or I've fallen in love with you."

You looked at Namjoon with hope he would say something but he didn't. He stayed quiet, just staring at you. A smile lifted on his lips and he brought his lips to yours.

You've kissed Namjoon before, but this was different. This was so full of love you just couldn't resist.

"I love you too." Namjoon whispered against your lips. You pressed your lips against his again, kissing him with all the love you had.

It kind of escalated a bit. He towered over you and kissed you while his hands roamed around your body. You whimpered as he nipped your neck. But it was all ruined when Jian opened the door.

He stood there staring at what he saw. You and Namjoon stared back at him with terrified expressions.

"I'm hungry." He said before walking away. You looked at Namjoon and laughed.

"We'll finish this later." Namjoon smirked and walked out the room, making you squeal and blush.

Finally your family was a family. All the love you kept up with finally let out and you couldn't wait to show just the amount of love you had for your husband.
