Stolas had good intentions, but shouldn’t have scared Blitzø and judged him so quickly. He should have listened more.

Blizø shouldn’t have made a joke out of Stolas’ feelings and while he was right to call him out, he shouldn’t have insulted Stolas.

I don’t get the picking sides thing, they both sucked in this episode.

I have seen some people complaining about how Stolas being part of the problem isn’t addressed in this episode.

Let me remind everyone, this is a Blitzø-centric episode.

Stolas isn’t the focus here, if he was, he probably wouldn’t be that drunk for the majority of the episode. While yes, he has a lot of screen time, most of it is dedicated to him acting as a catalyst for Blitzø to figure out his own internal problems.

It doesn’t mean they won’t address Stolas behavior and as we have seen before he is way more proactive and quick when it comes to fixing his behavior. Perhaps he won’t even need a whole episode dedicated to learning his lesson, but rather a conversation with Blitzø or some eye opening moments here and there.

Let’s be patient, this season isn’t over yet.

Thoughts on the pride comic, spoilers ahead:

I liked the one about Spelltine, but found the Toradeen one kinda boring. The Toradeen part has like 20 pages and the Spelltine part has half of it. I wish it would be reversed because the Valentine plot had much more going for it.

Spelldon and Valentine’s shenanigans were pretty fun and I love that Whisp appeared! But I do think that the Draculaura part deserved a bit more time.

About the other comic, the fanfiction part seemed unnecessary to me, it didn’t really tie in with the other plot and I wish they had focused more on Toradeen instead of the other lesbian couple we literally just met.

Overall I’m still not sold on G1 Toradeen (though I love the G3 version) but I appreciate that this comic exists, it’s a solid 8/10 for me.
