Ever decided to do a self stething session and it makes you wish you could just sit around and listen for the rest of the day?

How would you describe your heart and is it reactive?

I've seen other posts similar to this, but a recent comment I got during a share made me wanna ask as well.

I'd say mine is thumpy and somewhat irregular (sinus arrhythmia). It is very reactive, depending on the situation.
