Wow the quest at the Outcast Inn was amazing. Can't believe that was a side quest? It had me crying over Ithelia. Imagine knowing for sure that your very existence is a threat to all reality, and that you're going to be locked away and forgotten. You can try acceptance and resignation and violent resistance, but you have no way of actually being any different. Having all possible outcomes stuck in your mind at the same time. And none of them are good.
