met this really nice girl working at an ice cream place the other day. she was super energetic and joking around with a bunch of the customers and was just overall really sweet, but nobody seemed to be paying it any attention - my brother even commented that she seemed kinda weird. so I went up to her once my family was outside and told her I really liked her energy, and that she seemed super nice.

when I tell you her face LIT UP istg 😭 she seemed so happy and thanked me sm

if you like something about someone, TELL THEM. even if its as stupid or as unnoticeable as "wow their hair looks kinda cool", TELL THEM. i know it seems odd in the moment but i swear it makes so much more of an impact than you think

you can make so many people happier that way. its been like 4-5 days and I still can't stop thinking about how happy that girl looked when I said that to her.
