I Was Drawing Some Anatomy Studies Because Nothing I Drew Ever Looked Right To Me. The Cause Of This

I was drawing some anatomy studies because nothing I drew ever looked right to me. The cause of this was because I subconsciously based my anatomy off a single sketch of ochako uraraka in one of the MHA books. This resulted in most bodies I drew being of somewhat more equal leg to torso ratio

this wasn’t the one but here you can see kind of just what her body type is

This mistake definitely screwed me up for a couple of years. Anime girls are like… mostly leg, so when I looked at what I drew it seemed wrong. Drawing different body types is definitely way more fun, and for a long time I just wasn’t exposed to them because I was too busy checking out every single manga series in the library.
