guys i just had a thought and it makes me so sad.

imagine the angst if dexter was the one to wake up apple (i’m imagining through cpr because i don’t think he would ever willingly kiss her)

darling watches on sadly as the girl she loves is woken up by her twin, the only person to know just how much more she wants out of life

daring loses his sense of self even MORE because his dorky younger brother is now the golden child. struggling with his self worth when he loses favor with his parents and realizes that nothing he ever does now will get him back to where he was

dexter realizing that perhaps not knowing his destiny was better than this. having to go from being the “spare” charming child to the favorite and noticing just how differently his parents treat him now. he never mattered. it was always about destiny. coming to terms with the fact that he will only ever benefit from his destiny if raven dies

raven watching as apple steals yet another piece of her happiness (albeit, unintentionally) yet she can’t bring herself to stop it. she cares too much about both of them to steal dexter’s destiny/sense of self from him and leave apple to sleep forever
