This will never NOT be funny

In my college years, if someone spilled a drink on me at a bar/party, I'd say, "That's okay! Just trade clothes with me." They'd laugh, and I'd drag them off to the bathroom. It was such a ridiculous solution that people didn't realize they needed to argue with me until I was handing them my pants, and by then it was too late.

It served three purposes:

I didn't get mad at people for making mistakes because I was excited for chaos

Other people didn't feel horrible about their mistake because they felt like they really had made amends by putting up with me

I'm a very small person, and I once got to watch a 6'2" frat guy squeeze himself into a skirt so small his boxers poked out the bottom while I was living easy, swimming in big, baggy jeans

It's an excellent policy I would recommend to anyone.

just came up with a really good 4 word cooking horror story but idk if you guys are ready for it

the concept and idea of “you can always start trying to be a better person” is extremely important to me both in media and irl and i continue to be deeply deeply disturbed by the trend on this site pushing that these ideas in media are bad writing or even morally reprehensible

because theyd rather someone stay terrible or just straight up die than become a better person 

from a compassionate point of view it’s deeply distressing and from a pragmatic point of view it’s outright frustrating

it’s fucked up.
