My first work of 2023. I have been thinking about viewing nature through my window, gazing out onto the small section of earth that is my home. This year has had a really rough start for me, but as winter melts into spring I’m looking forward to delving into all ideas and artwork that have been incubating and sharing them with you all.
This drawing was made for ‘Eye of the Storm’ curated by me and Paloma Núñez-Regueiro. The show opens this Saturday at Hatch Art in Hamtramck. ‘Eye of the Storm’ is the fourth Ypsi Alloy Studios show I’ve curated.
Show Dates: March 4th - 26th, Reception: March 4th, 6-9 pm, Artist Talk: March 18th 2pm
