Prompt: The 3 times Shikamaru falls in love with you

Falling in love. Period. Is such a bother to Shikamaru. There are a lot of things Shikamaru found to be troublesome, and of course falling in love is one of them.

He never expected to fall in love, not until he met you.

When he first met you, everything between you two just clicked. Shikamaru is not a firm believer of fate- there's no such thing as fate or destiny, it's a man-made concept to comfort oneself (his words, not mine)- but him meeting you seems like fate. He's now a full-fledged adult yet sometimes he still acts like a teenage boy when he's with you. He thought of the 3 times he falls in love with you.

When you feed the deer with him

The Nara deers are beautiful, but they don't always come out from the forest. They only come either when Shikamaru or Shikaku call them.

"Shika.. Let's feed the deer together, I'm bored!" You were lounging in Shikamaru's couch, covering your eyes and face with a book you don't find interesting at all.

"Yes (y/n) go feed the deer with Shikamaru! Don't be a lazy-ass like his father right here!" Shikamaru's mom chimed in from the kitchen, his dad napping on the dining table, seemingly waiting for lunch.

Shikamaru sighed and gestured for you to follow him to the forest. The deers come out for him and you gave them their foods. Soon, the deers were already crowding around you. Shikamaru raised an eyebrow at this. Deers are smart animals. They don't usually eat foods given by anyone other than him or his dad. But oh well, looks like the deers love you, and hey hey hey!! he loves you too!

(anyone realize where that reference comes from? XD)

When you hold his hands

The first time you hold his hands, it was during a festival after an Akimichi BBQ outing with his team.

"Shika! The fireworks is starting! Come on!" You shouted from the distance while running through the crowded streets towards him, the soft orange festival lights bouncing on your face, making you look freaking ethereal to him.

You halted in front of Shikamaru and then dragged him by his hands to go to the fireworks section, not forgetting to apologize to his teammates for pulling him away, "Sorry Asuma-sensei, Ino, Chouji. Gotta catch the fireworks!"

Shikamaru has that stupid smile on his face, staring at your intertwined hands. Don't know if you realize that you're holding his hands but it feels good so he doesn't point it out.

Shikamaru's being dragged by you and a snickering of "he's whipped" can be heard from his teammates but he couldn't give a damn about it, not when you're holding his hands like this.

When you give him his smile (or what he calls his)

Shikamaru was walking back to his clan compound from the tower when he spotted you outside the grocery store just a few blocks away. He called out to you, "(y/n)!"

You turned your head to the voice calling you and spotted him, running towards him smiling, "Shika! You done with work?"

"Not really. A clan meeting in about 30 minutes. Dad's been making me dive into politics and stuffs." Shikamaru sighed and raked his fingers through his hair, showing his tiredness, "Are you going home?" He asked you instead.

"You must be tired.." You frowned, "Oh and yeah I was just out buying some chocolates, been craving for some lately, you want some?"

"Nah, let's just walk back to your apartment together." Shikamaru tilted his neck as if trying to loosen up the muscles there. You both walked together.

"Do you want to come over after your clan meeting? We can just cuddle and relax!" You beamed up at him, your right hand holding the bag of groceries and your left hand holding Shikamaru's hand lightly.

"Huh that sounds good." Shikamaru said, a small smile forming on his face at the thought of spending time with you.

You two were walking in silence, your bodies almost brushing with each other when you take a step, relieving the body heat radiated from one another. You cut off the silence, "Shika, I love you."

"Hm why so sudden?" Shikamaru glanced at you.

"Hmmm nothing. I was just thinking that I reeally love you." You tilted your head towards him smiling that soft smile Shikamaru calls his. Shikamaru decided then. That smile is reserved for him and him alone. Damn, you look so beautiful like this, Shikamaru thought.

He rubbed the back of his neck, averting his eyes from you. A blush is creeping up from his neck to his face, the red a clear contrast to his ivory skin. Shikamaru is not someone huge on PDA but he then pulled you into his arms whispering in your ears, "Yeah I love you too.."

Turns out falling in love is indeed troublesome but falling in love with YOU is NOT troublesome. ;")

❆ Prompt: The day Itachi's heart died along with you

It was the day of the Uchiha massacre.

You were always his own personal ball of sunshine. On days where Itachi was overwhelmed with the burdens of being an Uchiha, where he didn't even know where his loyalty lied, you were always there smiling at him even when he never told you anything.

You told him, "Tachi, you'll tell me when you're ready."

He never knew what in the world he did to deserve you. It felt like you understood him.

Itachi didn't know why you liked patting his head. He was obviously taller than you and it felt odd for him to be patted like a child. Itachi wouldn't admit it but he secretly loves the feeling of you raking your fingers through his smooth locks. The head patting would be something Itachi considered exclusive between you two.

On Itachi's bad days, yep he took your hand and placed it above his head. When you purposely pretended you didn't know what he means? It was a game of staring between you two. Once in a while, it ended up with Itachi murmuring and averting his eyes from you, with a veeery quiet voice you can't even hear without chanelling chakra to your ears, "pat pat..."

He also loved the aftermath of your head-patting. It always ended up with you throwing yourself at him and saying, "Tachiii, don't be sad! I'm here lookk!" It took only a head pat from you to warm his cold heart.

When the day of the massacre came, you were standing there in front of him, wearing an Uchiha t-shirt and some pajama shorts, the dim street lights illuminating your face. A sad smile was making its way to your face. Itachi thought you even looked beautiful like this.

Nonetheless, you stood there like you understood him. Again. "Don't be afraid, Itachi. You've made your choice. " You took a deep breath and continued, "and I believe in you. No matter what you choose, I love you. And I always will."

Itachi's whole body was shaking and he was hyperventilating. The idea of harming you even the slightest was so suffocating that he can't breathe. He can't remember how to breathe. He blinked back the tears forming around his eyes. He bit his lip so harshly that he can feel the metallic taste of blood. His hand holding the katana was pointed at you and yet you were smiling at him.

After a few moments of silence which felt like forever to Itachi, you moved. Faster than he's ever seen you move. You thrusted yourself onto his katana. Blood splattered into Itachi's cheek and a bloody cough escaped you. Itachi looked down to his katana which ripped through your body like paper.

His breath hitched. Itachi was frozen in place as if time around him stopped. You slowly raised your hand, your eyes crinkling in a smile, patted his head twice and said, "Pat..pat..." and your head lifelessly dropped on Itachi's shoulder.

You died and Itachi's heart died along with you.

Often times, Kakashi lets you do things to him while he watched you fondly with an amused expression behind his mask.

He lets you put flower crowns on top of his head

You two were leaning under the shade of a tree just a little bit farther from the training ground, Kakashi leaning on your shoulder. Kakashi glanced at the thing you were making, a light blue flower crown. Still leaning his head on your shoulder, he looked at the crown with dread, his eye twitching at it. He kind of knew where that thing is going to be sitting itself at.

Meanwhile, you were putting ornaments on the crown, meticulously finishing it with small white flowers and baby's-breaths around it.

"Kashi, Kashi," You called him for his attention. He glanced up at you and straightened himself up to a sitting position.

"Hmm?" Kakashi lazily looked at you.

"Uh huh." You proudly showed him your flower crown. "Can I put it on you?" You were looking at him so expectantly with that bright smile of yours. Kakashi was about to open his mouth and say no, but your expectant and blinking gaze at him made it impossible.

"........alright." Kakashi relented, blushing a bit under his mask. A soft laugh can be heard from you, putting the crown around Kakashi's head. You were admiring it as if it was a masterpiece and commenting on how his silver hair mashes with the light blue and white flowers. Kakashi thought he must have looked stupid with that but you looked so happy he can only shake his head in fondness.

He lets you dry his hair

No one is allowed to touch the gravity-defying hair of the Copy Ninja. It was sacred. That's what people thought.

You, on the other side, often ruffled and dried his hair for him! Kakashi allowed it because it felt damn good, not that he would say it aloud. Whenever he finished showering and you both have nothing better to do, you ushered him to come over to you so you can dry his hair because 'you'll go bald if you continue drying your hair that way," Your words, not his.

Kakashi knew his after-shower hair was limp, unlike his usual hair. and somehow often tangled. His silver fringes also covered some of his forehead, water droplets dripping from them. He walked over to you with wet hair and then turned his body from you waiting for your touch. He sat on a chair.

You took the towel from him and stood up to start patting his silver hair.

"Oh Kashi, will you use a conditioner? Your hair has a lot of tangles!" You grumbled while untangling his damp hair.

"Maa," Kakashi drawled, "The smell is too strong for me, (y/n)." You sighed because you can sort of imagine the drawbacks of having a strong sense of smell like him. Even though you grumbled, but the small smile on your face said otherwise.

He closed his eyes in relaxation and enjoyed the feeling of your fingers smoothing his hair. Oh, Kakashi also thought that it's better not to use a conditioner if you're going to be drying and untangling his hair like this, even more when he knew you also liked doing that for him. So everything's good, Kakashi thought.

He lets you cuddle (?) him

Being the short one in the relationship, Kakashi always becomes the big spoon. You weren't exactly short but Kakashi was just super tall yknow. Once in a while, you wanted to be the one cuddling him, instead of him cuddling you.

"Kashi, I want to cuddle you tonight." You said with a straight face, already in your sleep pajamas.

Kakashi looked up from his book and tilted his head in confusion, "Baby, we're.. always cuddling?" He didn't really understand what you mean.

"No no, I want to cuddle you, instead of you cuddling me." You tried to explain yourself by emphasizing on the 'you' and 'I'.

"Uh right." Kakashi nodded blankly at you before you immediately ushered him to bed and lied him down. Kakashi stiffly faced one side of the bed and blinked confusedly. What are you going to do, Kakashi wondered.

Kakashi felt you put your short legs and arms around him, looking like a koala latching itself into its mom. Shifting yourself more comfortably, you also leaned your head against his firm back. Kakashi felt laughter bubbling inside him and chuckled good-naturedly.

You hugging him felt good so he didn't protest. He proceeded to intertwine your hands which were rested comfortably on the side of his stomach. Kakashi glanced at you behind him to see you closing your eyes with a small smile on your face. He too, closed his eyes and went to sleep thinking fondly about you.

I really feel that these domestic things are what describes Kakashi the most. this man is just so broken that I feel the need to write cute things abt him :")

Prompt: How Kakashi found healing in Team 7

Was it their brattiness that made him so attached? or was it their curiosity? or could it be it's just because they're the first team he's lead? or... was it simply the little things they do to annoy him..? Kakashi couldn't remember how and when he became so attached to the 3 little devils he call his students.

The cheerful blond boy whose smile is so bright that it rivals the sun, always beaming up at him with that vivid ocean blue eyes shouting, "Hey hey Kakashi-sensei! Kakashi-sensei!" Kakashi won't say it, but he can see that underneath that facade of happiness is pain, hurt, and the need to be loved. Kakashi's heart aches for him.

And then there's this used-to-be emo and still emo boy whose heart is in such a pain that Kakashi feels the need to be there for him. He never laughs at anything, but there's a small, very small, smile on his face when he's with his teammates. Kakashi took it as a good sign.

There's also this pink-haired girl who he thought was timid and shy. Boy he's so wrong. You don't want to piss off this one unless you want a broken rib..or more. This girl grew up into a beautiful and capable kunoichi, keeping both of her teammates in place.

Kakashi never realized how fast time went by until he takes a look at his not-so-mini students again. One grew up becoming a hero in the village and bringing his teammate back. One lost his way for a bit, but ended up back in the right path now surrounded by people precious to him. Another is one of the most successful kunoichi in the village as the head of Konoha Hospital.

Kakashi also never realized how close he was to despair before he met Team 7. Taking suicide missions and coming back half-dead, barely recovering and then going back to the same routine. He remembered how his eyes looked so lifeless in the mirror, blood that seemingly can't be washed no matter how many times he cleaned up himself, the never-ending stench of his opponents' blood that he ruthlessly killed. He'd done that for how many years he didn't know. His sensei couldn't pull him from the darkness, his comrades couldn't and his friends weren't able to do that too. It was an impossible task.

However, Team 7 did exactly that, the impossible task of pulling him out of despair. He used to be afraid of forming relationships, not wanting anyone close to him die anymore, but somehow, Team 7 managed to worm their way into his cold heart.

Now, once Kakashi's got a taste of the warmness his team exudes, he doesn't want to let go even for a bit. He yearns for their presence. He doesn't want to lose them. He doesn't want them to leave him. He will do anything for them to stay by his side. Anything. His heart warms up whenever he thinks of his team.

Kakashi is broken off his thoughts as he heard his name being called in the distance. "Kakashi-sensei! Kakashi-sensei!" The trio of his team can be seen from the distance. As they get closer, he can see the smiles on his students' face- well, a bright one in two of his students and a small, miniscule smile on another.

"Kakashi-senseii! What are you doing here?" The blond one looked up at him, currently perching on a tree branch holding his classical Icha-Icha on his hand. Kakashi shut his book and his eyes crinkled in a smile, "Nothing. What are you doing here?"

"Let's go for ramen! We haven't done Team 7 outing in a long time!" Naruto said, looking at him with that huge smile of his and jumping in excitement. Sakura was talking to Sasuke about something that he can't really hear, a soft smile on her face while looking at the said boy.

Kakashi smiled at his team's dynamics and jumped down to the ground, patting Naruto's head, "Yeah, let's go."

The boy immediately turned to both of his teammates and pushed them from their backs to go for ramen. "Hey Naruto! The ramen won't go anywhere, there's no need to push!" The girl has an amused smile on her face.

"But-but, Sakura-chan, Sasuke.. I'm hungry.." The blond boy had animated tears on his face. A quiet "usuratonkachi" can be heard among the trio.

Looking fondly at his team, a smile is ever-present underneath Kakashi's masked face. Moments like these are precious to Kakashi. He would not even trade them for the world, for the world is nothing without them inside it.

❆ Prompt: Sasuke's special massage for Sakura

Req: How about a oneshot of Sakura demanding a foot rub maybe because she likes being barefoot in general, but then being totally overwhelmed by how good Sasuke is at it? xD I think it would be hilarious to read about her trying to hold back her reactions and being embarassed about it. :) Hope the idea is not too silly!

Lately, Sakura's foot has been aching and covered with some scratches. A lot of it was probably her and Ino's own faults since nowadays, they often went out to the Yamanaka forest barefoot to pick flowers and have a picnic. Maybe walking barefoot a whole day was not a good idea, Sakura mused. Sakura smiled at the thought though, it was nice to rekindle their friendship.

Putting on some clean clothes after bath, Sakura looked at her foot and felt the tightness of the muscles. She remembered Ino-pig said that Sai gave really amazing foot massages and Sakura can't help but want it too. But Sasuke would just think that it's childish, a part of her felt dejected at the thought. She glanced at Sasuke who's sharpening his kunais in their bedroom.

Shannaro let's ask him!, inner Sakura shouted in her head. Sakura finally braved herself to ask Sasuke.

"Sasuke-kun," Sakura chewed on her lip and hesitantly began, "C-Can you give me a massage? a foot massage?"

Sasuke blinked in shock, not expecting the question. He went quiet. He knew he's not good with romantic words or actions to please his wife, but.. will simply giving a massage be enough to make her satisfied? After some inner debate, Sasuke uttered out, "Hn, lie on the bed."

Sakura's jaw gaped open in response but said nothing. Immediately she did as told and lied on the bed. She wasn't about to miss the chance. The one in a million chance.

Sasuke put kunais away and made his way to the bed.

He lathered some lotion on Sakura's ankle to across the bottom of her foot. Sakura didn't know where he got the lotion from but oh well. She also never imagined something like this possibly happening of course.

Her train of thoughts was broken by the feeling of light pressure on her ankle. Sasuke used his thumbs to make small circular motions starting from the base of her foot up to her ankles. Sliding his thumbs up and down the length of her foot, Sasuke applied more pressure to loosen the tight muscles.

"O-Oh, that felt good," Sakura softly muttered. She didn't expect Sasuke to be this good at massaging people. Hearing the compliment, the Uchiha had a small smirk on his face and continued his ministrations.

Sakura tried to keep her sounds to herself but utterly failed because it felt good okay. She blushed and tried to shield her face using her hands. At this, Sasuke's smirk grew wider and his confidence grew. He thought, if simply massaging Sakura like this elicits this kind of reaction, he couldn't wait to try the other things he's already planning to do.
