So today I ordered some refreshing liquid.

Fully expecting it to be an orange soda.

i have a bit of a habit of when I'm hungry I will stop myself from eating till I'm full, just sated. I always have the thoughts of "if you only eat half you won't starve later". Is this a problem and how can I fix it?
