Hiii I know requests aren’t open rn, but I’d like to ask ffr: I can’t find on your request guidelines or in your works whether you will take requests for bachelor(ette)xbachelor(ette)? If not totally cool, just love your writing and characterization so much!! Do you ship any of the characters 👀?

I could've sworn I wrote that down in my guidelines somewhere, but I must've deleted it while editing. My bad, anon. I'll go fix that up in a second, but yes, I can and am 100% willing to write for CharacterxCharacter ships.

I haven't thought much about it, but I think my favorite ships would be MaruxPenny and SamxSeb. Besties to lovers trope is chefs kiss, I love it so much. Also Alex with literally anyone I have nothing to say for myself. But I can write for all of the characters!

I think Elliott's hardest time he would have in a relationship would be the boundaries he shouldn't cross. We've seen that this man is so unaware of his actions that even the game acknowledges it and we even have a canon moment where he does potentially overstep his boundaries depending on what the player says. The good thing is that he isn't so vain or prideful to get angry when you call him out. He actually listens which is a very green flag.

If I were to come up with a reason, I would say it's because he's stuck in a fairytale. He's very clearly lonely and stuck reading and writing books instead of talking to others. But books often exist in a world of fiction that should not be replicated one-on-one. Romances can encourage unhealthy habits (like kissing someone without their consent) and some stories can romanticize certain actions in relationships or in pursuit of a relationship that in real life, aren't healthy.

So in the beginning, he would fumble a lot with wording, some actions and boundaries. But as the farmer keeps him in check, he can slowly learn real life boundaries and what makes a relationship healthy. I feel like that would also reflect in his writing. Like the romance in his first book is a little on the romanticized toxic end but in the sequels they become healthier or the love interest gets swapped out for a better person.
