Thanks everyone for making me feel less like a conspiracy theorist 🫡
I've said before that Sukuna might have chosen to undergo self-mummification to keep Kenjaku out of his skull (among other reasons that aren't relevant here)
But anyway, Wasuke had seen that Kaori was dead, and then she was there but not right... He told Jin to stay away from that woman, or he'd die.
I want to know what he knows!!
(anime-only friendly post)
I've been thinking about it and honestly
Has Gojo tried to disappear Sukuna's fingers with virtual mass?
Did he have some secret agenda or subconscious desire to meet Sukuna?
What would happen if he did use hollow purple on special grade objects like the fingies or the prison realm? (I assume it varies case by case).
Gojo telling Yuuji "nah, I'd win" in the beginning of JJK could be taken 2 ways (or maybe he only said that out of habit idk). I'd been wondering if he truly believed that, or if he was only ever saying it to avoid unnecessary panic.
Maybe he thought that with such strong cursed energy, Sukuna wouldn't be able to ambush him like Toji, so there was nothing to be worried about.
Or maybe Gojo didn't see a need to destroy the fingers because they were useful to keep other curses away.
Or it felt unjust to destroy such an ancient relic (ngl I love the headcanon that Gojo had posters of Sukuna on his wall).
Maybe it was fine as long as the fingers stayed apart, and curses didn't eat them. Why would a person do that, anyway?

Has anyone written a canon-divergent fic where Nanako and Mimiko seek out Gojo, instead of Sukuna, to kill Kenjaku?
