Ok, from what I've seen, there's going to be a prison break arc, where all the villains who were imprisoned in past arcs, are going to be set free by Shigaraki. That includes: Stain, Chisaki aka Overhaul, and some of the training camp villains, like Muscular and Moonfish. Not to mention some new faces that we've never seen before, like an intriguing lady who got some special focus in a panel just for her, and has attracted the attention of readers, for how beautiful she is. Now, what I wanted to say is: I don't think all of these guys, are going to listen to Shigaraki, and ally themselves with him, just cause he freed them. Sure the great majority, will more than probably follow him as their new leader, but there's some others, that perhaps won't do that. Like: Stain, and who knows perhaps if Spinner sees how opposed Stain is to Shigaraki's plans, it exists a chance that he leaves the league for Stain, that's his idol after all. Or Overhaul, we all know it's gonna be real hard for Shigaraki to convince him to join sides with him. But who knows, perhaps he will, because Kai knows that the current situation that he's in at the moment, doesn't allow him to say no to such an offer. Because rn, Chisaki has nothing. He lost everything he had, so there's a slight chance he agrees to joining sides with Tomura. But then there's the villians like Muscular and Moonfish, who I don't think will like the idea of being pawns of the LOV again. Let's remember they formed a part of the league of villians once in the past, just for reality to bite them in the ass, by showing them that they were just prescindible pawns. They got their asses kicked by 2 kids (Deku and berserk DS/Tokoyami respectively), and were abandoned for the heroes to capture. So after their first experience with Shigaraki, I really think there's a chance they decide to turn their backs to him and the others, and do their own things, more specifically, seeking revenge against the "brats" who beat them in the past. And I really would like that, because that way we would have a Moonfish vs Tokoyami 2.0, that could serve to give Tokoyami some really well-deserved and needed development. Ofc we would also get Izuku vs Muscular 2.0, but it's the probable fight between Moonfish and Toko that I care bout. We all know, Deku is the protagonist, and he will have tons of panel time and development, fighting not only Muscular, but all the other bad guys as well, so I don't really care bout that. Yeah, Deku is super strong, he's going to fight and beat Muscular, and all the other low level villains, while probably unlocking another one of OFA's hidden quirks, or having another vision or 2 of a past user. That's how it's gonna go with Deku, we all know it: predictable. The unpredictable fight, is the one that could take place between Toko and Moonfish, especially if it serves to give Toko more development, and delve into his past. Like Moonfish starts picking at Toko's insecurities, perhaps even telling him that he knows how he must feel like with a quirk as "villainous" as DS, and that he knows, because people who don't look "normal" like them, are always excluded, and badly treated by society as a whole, and that leads to unlocking Tokoyami's tragic backstory! Think bout it, it could be interesting.
