Hello! Could I please request headcanons of Amane and Tsukasa with an overworked s/o?

Amane Yugi/Hanako <3

Ok, I feel like he’s the king of procrastination- doesn’t really get overworked because he never does the work. Crisis averted, easy peasy.

However, when he notices that you not only always seem busy, but are starting to seem more and more exhausted, he definitely gets worried. After telling you he’d threaten anyone that’s causing you such distress and having you quickly say “Hanako, don’t threaten people- it’s fine though, I’ve just been a bit busy”, he puts two and two together and realized- wait, (Y/N)’s seeming so miserable because they’re always working. Not “a bit busy.”

Hanako tries to slow you down as soon as it clicks- although his ways of “slowing you down” can definitely be more on the annoying side. He’ll do things like trying to distract you, pulling you to the side for “calming things” like playing cards or having a nice talk.

It won’t take him too long to realize that those attempts don’t seem to help much, as you spend the entirety trying to escape so you can go work. To that, he sighs and puts on his thinking hat once more.

“OH! Maybe (Y/N) could use help-”

And so! You’ve now got your own personal assistant toilet ghost running towards you. And you’ve now got your own personal assistant toilet ghost clinging to you! “Hey, (Y/N)! Why don’t I help you out with whatever you’re doing? And while I help, we can get a schedule settled, ‘cos I don’t like seeing someone so cute look so drained.”

There’s no use in saying no, because he’s going to help anyway-

He’s also sticking to that schedule he said he’d make. He writes it all out, times where you can work, how long you can work, and times where you will take breaks! He even leaves a nice little note letting you know that, if you disobey the schedule, he’ll probably manage to find out <3 and then, he’ll have no choice but to take away your head-pat privileges for one- no, two- hours.

Should Hanako see you not improve after said schedule, he’ll sit down and have a talk with you. The talk will mostly be Hanako telling you that he’s worried for your health, there’s no room for another bathroom ghost, so you have no option but to take!!! Care!!! Of!!! Yourself!!! And obey the schedule!!!!!!!

Hanako also spots you throughout the day, takes a look at what you’re doing, and helps you as best he can. He’ll also tell you things like “remember to take breaks!” and “make sure to rest!! Your health is more important than whatever it is you’re doing. It’s temporary, as in it won’t matter in, like, a month. Your health is as permanent as life is- which means it will affect you.”

Please, how does one even start to get work done with that gremlin as a boyfriend- he’s constantly with you, clinging to you, begging you to give him every ounce of your attention.

However, as Tsukasa begins to notice his lovely (Y/N) looking sick-ish, he’s clinging to you x100. Lots of questions will immediately be thrown at you. “(Y/N)?! You look sick!!” “Are you tired??” “What’s wrong?!” “Are you dying?!” “Are you sick?!” “Are you okay???”

He won’t accept any phony answers, and gasps when you tell him that you’ve been working a bit more lately. His response is simple-

“Then stop working!!”

Buuut, it’s not as simple as that, Tsukasa. You’re sure to tell him that, to which he thinks for another moment.

“We can kill-”

“No.”

“Awwwh. Then, we can help!! What’re you doing, what’cha gotta do?”

As you explained to Tsukasa everything you had to do, he’d nod, placing a finger to his chin somewhat-dramatically. After that, he’d follow you around, assisting you in everything you had to do- he also convinced Sakura to help, which meant Natsuhiko was helping as well- not wanting to be left out, Mitsuba was on your team as well!

With everyone, work was a lot easier to get done- even still, Tsukasa would drag you off after working for a little bit, telling you that work was done for today! No matter your protests, he wouldn’t give in, bringing you back to the broadcasting room and clinging to you.

If you try and go to work some more, he won’t hesitate to hit you with his best puppy-dog eyes. He knows no one can say no to such a cute face, especially not youuuu- and you know as well. Even if the face doesn’t work, it’s really no use. Plus, seeing such a content face on your boyfriend made you feel less like you were slacking, since you weren’t. You were just working a fair amount so that you could avoid growing overworked.

Tsukasa also makes sure that you get your fair amount of sleep!! Heck, sometimes you even find yourself dozing off in the middle of your “cuddle sessions”, and Tsukasa is very proud of himself when you do. He’ll wear a satisfied grin, and most likely will fall asleep as well, clinging to your side even when he is asleep.
