So I Think Tomorrows Episode Of The Bad Batch Will Finally Have A Rex Appearance.

So I think tomorrow’s episode of The Bad Batch will finally have a Rex appearance.

Between Wrecker’s chip starting to activate and the Martez sisters having Ahsoka’s droid, I think Rex is going to have to be the one to fix this mess.

Almost all of the other footage in the trailers has been released except Rex and some shots of Crosshair’s new enlisted squad.

Last we saw, the Martez sisters were speaking to a cloaked figure via R7-A7, Ahsoka’s astromech droid. How would the Martez sisters have R7 if the last time he was seen was with Rex and Ahsoka when they were burying the dead clones following the crash in the TCW season 7 finale? They must know that Ahsoka is alive because they have her droid. Either she gave R7 to them herself or she sent Rex, who the sisters wouldn’t have trusted without learning what happened to Ahsoka first.

That is why I believe the cloaked figure is Rex. He might be interested in rogue clones because he is one himself and he wants to save as many brothers as he can (like Wolffe and Gregor). Rafa mentioned that she knows where to find TBB so she could tell him where they are.

Possible spoilers for 1x07; JUST A PREDICTION!

I believe in the next episode, Rex will show up to Cid’s place, find TBB, tell them about the chips and how his was removed, and urge them to remove theirs. He takes them back to the crash site where the medical equipment is, assuming it wasn’t destroyed in the crash. Tech’s chip scanner is used to remove TBB’s chips, but OH NO! Crosshair’s squad managed to track them down. This leads to the fire fight we haven’t yet seen from the trailers (where Omega kills a clone??? Wow, ok Dave). While TBB is trying to fend them off, Crosshair ends up getting blasted by the destroyer’s thrusters (from the trailer) leaving him injured…or dead.

This is just my theory but based on the trailers, patterns of how Disney releases material, and how crazy the members of the Star Wars production team have made the rest of the season seem. I could be wrong, but if I’m right, I’m not the one that ruined it because I’m guessing👍

Possible The Bad Batch 1x07 and 1x08 spoilers!

Braccan scrappers: “Intruders confirmed on the Jedi cruiser. Notify the Empire.”

~12 y/o Cal Kestis, having just escaped Order 66 and still grieving the death of his master, trying to survive and make a living:

Possible The Bad Batch 1x07 And 1x08 Spoilers!

How are they going to have TBB go to Bracca and get caught by the scrapping guild if they’re not gonna show us young Cal in the next episode?? I know there are way too many cameos in TBB already, but honestly, what’s one more?

I Love The Idea Of Him Reusing His Stormtrooper Armor. The Thigh Armor Especially. He Can Attach His

I love the idea of him reusing his stormtrooper armor. The thigh armor especially. He can attach his lightsaber instead of a blaster <3

The yellow jacket is based on concept art of Finn.

I don't know if you noticed it but, right after Wrecker's inhibitor chip gets removed and he doesn't wake up, there's a very interesting tiny moment with Tech.

It's after Tech tells his brothers that they won't know how Wrecker pulled through the surgery until he wakes up. Rex and Hunter look at Wrecker, then each other then walk right past Tech.

Tech watches Rex and then Hunter as they walk past him, and then he rubs at his face with his hand. But he's not adjusting his goggles - since he's rubbing at his face with his hand and not one finger.

I think it is interesting because Tech waits until Rex and Hunter leave before he expresses himself emotively. It is very clear that he's upset and worried about Wrecker and I can't imagine that he isn't feeling some shred of guilt for doubting the deadliness of the chip.

Poor boy's been having a very rough few weeks.

I Don't Know If You Noticed It But, Right After Wrecker's Inhibitor Chip Gets Removed And He Doesn't

Ugh poor baby 🥺

there’s also a small point where when he’s checking if he’s still alive, his voice kind of wavers for a small second. He probably is exhausted, we never saw him sleep until this episode too which shows how exhausted he and all the batch were which is understandably since most of them spent the day getting yeeted everywhere 😂😫

i think a lightsaber is a really telling choice of weapon for the jedi order in terms of how they practise peacekeeping. a lightsaber is not the tool of an organisation that priorities non-violence. it’s for, ideally, a very controlled amount of violence, as much violence as is necessary (whether it’s a kill or the traditional jedi cutting off a limb) to efficiently end the threat

we overwhelmingly see jedi fight other lightsaber wielders, but realistically on a day-to-day basis, the enemies the jedi face would be ordinary people, not remotely a match for them. it’s up to every jedi in battle to be judge jury and executioner, to decide exactly how much harm they need to do before they do it. in legends the jedi have their own specific terms for the different kind of cuts or ‘marks of contact’, with an understanding of how honourable they are and what enemies they can be applied to, which really demonstrates that they are controlled ethical decisions rather than instinctual or purely defensive

and on a wider scale this is how the jedi order practises their role in the galaxy. that’s the clone wars: rather than refusing to engage in violence, they accept an amount of violence that, in their view, has to be done in order to end the conflict as quickly as possible and achieve the peaceful result. but violence on a galactic scale can’t be so easily controlled. and even where it can be, that gives the jedi a level of galactic power they were never meant to have
