But I'll answer this question from the other side!

Considering how differently other artists depict Spamton with their headcanons + shipping as oc/canon, I like to perceive all this as different interesting universes, with their own different comfort and with their own different history.

In my, so to speak, universe, Spamton is very clingy towards Lillian, like a typical dummy in love and constantly tries to get her attention, although she barely understands flirting and compliments, but she tries to understand! So there is simply no such thing as cheating in their relationship.
