So, a thought occurred to me.

Both edition of the Red Huntress suit were specifically made by ghosts, being Vlad and Technus respectively. And in the first episode, Danny the Fenton Thermos doesn't work until Danny uses it as Phantom...

What if Valerie's suit needs ectoplasm to work, but she doesn't actually realize this.

Vlad and later Danny (the latter subconsciously) keep providing her suit with ectoplasm. However, after she joins the Justice League, Vlad stops supporting her out of fear of being discovered and Danny decides to leave Amity now that the Justice League is involved so he can finally leave the stress of everything behind, maybe moving in with Jazz so he doesn't have to worry about his parents finding out about true nature.

At first, everything is mostly fine, with Valerie managing to secure more gear for the rest of the League who comes to aid her in her fights. However, suddenly the Red Huntress suit just... stops. Val has to be basically surgically removed from it because she can't even get it to come off normally.

Then all of her blasters stop working. All of her gear, the only thing that allows her to fight ghosts, stops working. The stuff she gave to the League stops working.

And now the entire Justice League is left to deal with a bunch of rogue ghosts who are now fully aware there is nothing stopping them from spreading outside of Amity.

The justice league FINALLY investigates Amity, and realizes that they’ve made a grave mistake by letting a burgeoning hero shoulder a large problem without any training or support. They rectify this immediately by offering a position in the JL along with an assortment of mentors and other teen heroes to bond with. 

Red Huntress receives this invitation in front of Phantom, while actively trying to hunt him down.

Now I'm just imagining Danny holding the spleen in a jar and asking Tim who took his spleen.

Unfortunately for Tim, this scene gets recorded and posted almost instantly, and now all of his siblings know that he cosplays.

Danny has too much on his plate to care about anything past paperwork and schoolwork, so he shoves the weird shit onto Tucker and Sam.

And Tucker and Sam, upon realizing that Danny can be summoned at any time, decide to fuck around.

Now, if anyone wants to summon the High King of the Infinite Realms, they have to say the entire chant in UwU.

But if they're doing it on a Thursday, it has to be in OwO.

BUT if they're doing it on the fifteeth of any month it has to be in pig latin.

If the Fifteen falls on a Thursday, pig latin in esperanto.

If the fifteenth falls on a Wednesday, then it has to be in interpretive dance.

The offerings are the following;

Monday; Pot Roast

Tuesday; case of soda

Wednesday; $30,000

Thursday; Pizza coupons

Friday; cheese

Saturday; cars

Sunday; the most up to date hand built computer

if any of these days is the fifteenth, the offering must be one of the ones mentioned above and also some cool bones.

All offerings must be performed in the ceremonial garb of dressing up as a being from another wor-cosplay. it's fucking cosplay.

As far as Sam and Tucker are concerned, job done. It's so weirdly specific and offputting that no one will summon Danny.

Danny, on the other hand, manages to get summoned by some weird blond guy speaking in OwO, dressed as a catgirl from some anime, in a circle made of pizza coupons.

The cosplayers look just as shocked to see him.

Meanwhile, Bruce is getting frantic calls from Tim that GothCon (some Anime Convention held in Gotham every year) is currently playing host to some sort of interdimensional being.

Munch, Munch, Munch

So a lot of people like to say that Kryptonite is Ghost Rock Candy.

And a lot of people like to say that Jason Todd (AKA Red Hood) has at least some level of liminal nature, if not full on half ghost.

Therefore, Jason eats Kryptonite.

The first time it happened, Jason was feeling Hangry while in the Batcave and, in his anger, mistook some crystals sitting out as rock candy. It's only when Tim finds him right as he's finishing off the last piece that he learn that it was, in fact, not rock candy. However, Jason keeps craving it, to the point that the Bats have to keep any Kryptonite under lock and key or else Jason will instantly consume it.

Batman eventually has to figure out why his son is craving Kryptonite and if there's anything he can do to replace it because he can't keep having his son eat his contingency plans.
