A Boy And A Girl Pt. 2
A Boy and a Girl Pt. 2
I unravelled myself so neatly and completely into your hands and afterwards I felt lighter. I was lighter because I lost parts of myself every time I slipped through your fingers. You didn’t just want to touch my softness, acknowledge my depth, or earn my affection. You tried to economize my love and harden all of the softness I showed others. You labeled me a flight risk and vilified my mental toughness whenever it took up space between us. ❤️🩹

A Boy and a Girl Pt. 3
The boy and girl eventually went their separate ways but even after putting an entire calendar year between them, the girl still loves the boy more than all of the others. 💔
One thing about me; the more feminist you are, the wetter I’m gonna get ⚖️🧘♀️💦
Hit the nail on the head with this one.☝️🎯👏
Rape is about power and control and so are abortion bans. Pass it on. 🗣️⚖️✌️
In the US, where more than 2/3rds of rapes are not reported, and more than 80% of reported rapists are not arrested, and the majority of arrested rapists are not prosecuted, and nearly half of prosecuted rapists are not convicted, and even still some who are convicted do not go to prison, abortion bans are essentially, in 99.4% of cases, giving men the state-sanctioned right to impregnate any unwilling woman they choose and force her to bear their child, without consequence. Rape is reproductive terrorism, and the government allows the terrorists to walk free while incarcerating their victims if they dare to free themselves from terrorist control of their lives and bodies.
Welcome to the land of love, laughter, and all things feminism! 🤸🫶 ⚖️
🚸 Straight jackets are on the right, common sense is to the left, and please don’t touch the lizards.🚷✌️
Them: Human life begins at conception and should be protected at all costs. Not doing so is an abomination of God equivalent to murder. ✝️
Me: Believing in your heart that all human life begins with a fertilized egg is fine by me as long as we’re ready to talk about the human embryos that are discarded, forgotten, or otherwise destroyed due to the inherent nature of some fertility treatments. I get having antipathy towards someone because their choices make you feel icky inside and bonus points if you’ve interpreted the bible in ways to justify your position. I believe humans are capable of navigating the whole embryo dichotomy if protecting “life” is really the goal here. But for me, attempting to take away my rights to my body and then forcing me to do things I don’t want to do is a form of abuse and yes, this is the hill I’m prepared to die on 🪦⚖️✌️
