Three Buckys and a Wild Tony-chap1

Tony...didn’t know how he ended up in this situation.

How does one come to be cornered by three versions of the man who murdered his parents. Bucky, while he knows wasn’t responsible for his actions, was the one to pull the trigger. Tony, for his part, was coming to terms with that, but wasn’t close enough to warrant having to endure (and possibly kind of enjoy) the hungry eyes of the three men.

The war was over...Tony huffed a hysterical laugh,raising a hand to his forehead. The Stones were scattered across the ground, still very much alive but not in use. Thanos’ body wasn’t far from Tony, as he hadn’t taken the time to move away once he had gotten the gauntlet to bring back the Dusted.

“Gather the stones, we need to get them some where safe where we can destroy them. “ he ordered, voice straining in exhaustion, damn he was getting old. Already, so damaged, beaten and bent but never broken. Tony Stark didn’t break, he was flexible, he was a futurist, he really needed a nice long nap if he was actually monologuing in his head for absolutely no reason. He probably had a minor concussion, so made a nap was a bad idea right now. A breathed a sigh, then cringed at the scent of blood and sweat filled his nostrils. Damn! What he really needed was a shower!

He glanced around, taking in old and new faces, people who he fought besides to end a bloody war. Fucking Thanos screwed up a lot of people, his eye caught Nebula’s, his new robot daughter. Yeah, he really needed to stop mentally adopting people, even if he denied it outright.

Thor held the power stone in a cloth, Steve had the mind stone in his gloved had, same with Quill and the reality stone, Loki had the space stone on a Magic’s sphere, tony himself had the soul stone in his gauntlet. Oh, there’s Barnes grasping the active Time stone in his bare hand, his metal one having been blasted off again, in the short time it had taken to get rid of Thanos’ army.

“Bucky!” Steve shouted

“Drop it Barnes!” Tony shouted in panic as a flash of green over to the ex winter soldier.

Note to vacationing non-Americans: while it’s true that America doesn’t always have the best food culture, the food in our restaurants is really not representative of what most of us eat at home.  The portions at Cheesecake Factory or IHOP are meant to be indulgent, not just “what Americans are used to.”

If you eat at a regular American household, during a regular meal where they’re not going out of their way to impress guests, you probably will not be served twelve pounds of chocolate-covered cream cheese.  Please bear this in mind before writing yet another “omg I can’t believe American food” post.
